What You'll Do
  • AI Cloud Employee optimizations: for existing customers, review the operational efficiency of AI Cloud Employees and make recommendations to improve the processes, including prompting and other core process driving cloud employee performance
  • Reporting: Translate customer needs into innovative and useful reports
  • Driving forecasting: Review Cloud Employee performance and assist customers in creating forecasting for usage.
  • Business process with AI optimization: Go beyond basic training to act as a trusted advisor, helping customers reimagine their operational architecture using Atonom. You will work with existing customers on how to best optimize their business process, making recommendations for change, driving ideas for change management within the customer organization.
  • Feedback Loop & Product Evolution: Serve as the bridge between the customer and our Engineering/Product teams. You will identify edge cases and feature gaps to help drive the product roadmap.
  • Mentorship & Best Practices: Formalize our Professional Services playbooks and mentor junior team members.

Who You Are
  • Experienced Professional: You have 1+ years of experience in Technical Product Support, Implementation Engineering, Solutions Architecture, or Product Operations within the B2B SaaS industry.
  • Business process Problem Solver: You don't just use tools and processes; you understand how they connect. You are comfortable discussing APIs, data structures, and logic flows, and best in class business processes.
  • AI experience: you have practical experience or a deep conceptual understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs) and prompt engineering.
  • Consultative Communicator: You can explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and manage expectations with C-level executives.
  • Smart, Humble, and Hungry: You are ready to roll up your sleeves in a fast-paced environment. You are flexible with your time when critical go-lives require it.
  • Ability to quickly understand the customer's environment and propose next steps as they grow their Cloud Employee base.

Your First 90 Days
  • Month 1: Deep dive into Atonom architecture and LLM capabilities; audit existing customer workflows to identify optimization opportunities.
  • Month 2: Take ownership of our most complex active implementations; refine our internal documentation and "Standard Operating Procedures" customer specific.
  • Month 3: Review major enterprise go-live end-to-end; present a strategic analysis of your customer pain points to the Product leadership team.

Technical Skills
Required:
  • Professional presentation skills.
  • Strong understanding of data integration (APIs, Webhooks).
  • Technical and business process understand of common CRM systems

Highly Preferred:
  • Previous experience working with customers with their AI roadmap.
