Senior Account Manager

The Opportunity
We're looking for a relationship-focused Senior Account Manager to support one of our sales reps and manage daily communication with clients, support the sales process, and ensure projects are delivered on time and on budget. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is detail-oriented, and is passionate about client service.
What You'll Do
โข Manage daily communication with clients and your sales rep via email and phone
โข Field project requirements from your sales rep, clients and other team members
โข Identify available promotional products and create client presentations including product images, details, pricing, and shipping costs
โข Gather necessary logo and artwork files for projects
โข Enter order details into our order management system
โข Submit orders to vendors and coordinate vendor artwork signoff
โข Track product production, shipping, and delivery
โข Handle issue resolution, escalating for help when necessary
โข Foster and maintain client relationships to ensure weโre meeting their needs

Qualifications That Set You Up for Success
โข 2+ years of sales, customer service, or client account management experience in the
promotional product industry
โข Proficiency with Microsoft Office OR Google G Suite office productivity programs
โข Bachelorโs degree (or 5+ years of experience in sales, customer service, or account
management)
โข Experience in working in a CRM or order management platform (preferably Commonsku)
