Major Account Manager (MAM) Position โ€“ Remote in Houston, Tx. The Major Account Manager (MAM) is a senior-level sales role that offers substantial support from across the company. This position is ideal for an experienced salesperson aiming to maximize their salary and commission in a growing and exciting industry with a company committed to investing in its sales team.

As a Major Account Manager specializing in business communications and technology solutions, your responsibilities will include developing and managing key client relationships in the areas of voice communications, video communications, business ethernet, managed cloud technology, managed Wiโ€Fi, cybersecurity, SDโ€WAN, and business internet services. Your primary objective is to drive revenue growth, foster client satisfaction, and identify opportunities for upselling and crossโ€selling relevant products and services. In addition, you will identify, develop, and expand relationships within your ecosystem to drive leads, including distributors, agents, subโ€agents, managed service providers, brokers, consultants, and others.

The entire team, including sales managers, marketing, inside sales reps, sales engineers, and others, will support this role to ensure your success. Key Responsibilities: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Proven track record of success with 7-10 years in enterprise sales, preferably within the telecommunications or technology industry.

Strong understanding of business communications technologies such as voice communications, video communications, business ethernet, managed cloud technology, managed Wiโ€Fi, cybersecurity, SDโ€WAN, and business internet. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to collaborate effectively with crossโ€functional teams and influence decisionโ€making.

Resultsโ€oriented mindset with a focus on driving revenue growth and exceeding targets. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Education & Experience Requirements: College degree preferred.
