Southeast Asia Food Group is seeking Regional Account Managers to manage, support, and nurture the success of our client relationships. Southeast Asia Food Group is a leading wholesale supplier of Asian ingredients providing some of the most innovative restaurants, cocktail bars, bakeries, cafeterias, and grocery stores the ingredients they need to run their businesses. Regional Account Managers will play an integral part in representing the Southeast brand in market working directly with our client base in and around New York City. Regional Account Managers should be passionate about modern Asian cuisine, the restaurant/foodie scene in New York City, and excited to build long-lasting relationships with New York Cityโ€™s top chefs. Regional Account Managers should have excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills, and be ready to

Responsibilities:
- Communicating with chefs and buyers to understand their needs and ensure expectations are always being exceeded.
- Building relationships with chefs and buyers by providing exceptional service, ensuring flawless delivery, and building trust.
- Ensuring orders are accurately captured and working with internal departments to facilitate fulfilment.
- Collecting and analyzing client purchase data to find new opportunities to better service clients.
- Resolving complaints and preventing issues from occurring.
- Finding new opportunities to service clients and to grow client relationships.
- Working with the sales & marketing team to acquire and win new client relationships.
- Keeping a pulse on relevant food trends to ensure our inventory meets the needs of a growing market.

Requirements:
- Bachelorโ€™s degree in sales, communication, or related field
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Experience working with large amounts of data and gleaning actionable insights
- Client-first mentality
- Experience in similar or related account or service-related positions
- Passion for Asian ingredients, cuisines, and the New York restaurant scene
- Maintaining a deep knowledge of the Southeast food catalog to answer questions and to guide chefs as a subject matter expert
