ARS/Rescue Rooter, the nation’s largest HVAC and Plumbing company, is searching for a dynamic and experienced Region Sales Manager (RSM) to lead and elevate sales performance across multiple Service Centers. This leadership role is critical in fostering collaboration among Sales, Service, Plumbing, and Marketing departments, ensuring a seamless customer experience.

As the Region Sales Manager you will be responsible for driving revenue growth through strategic planning, coaching, and building synergy between teams. This is a unique opportunity to influence the future of sales strategy within a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.


Responsibilities

  • Oversee and optimize sales performance across multiple locations within the region.
  • Design and implement strategic pricing initiatives, including margin analysis, product mix optimization, and rebate programs to drive profitability.
  • Enhance the sales process by developing value-driven presentations and credibility-building strategies.
  • Lead coaching and development efforts for Sales Managers and Comfort Advisors, focusing on training, performance evaluation, and staffing.
  • Establish and achieve monthly and annual sales revenue and profit projections that align with organizational goals.
  • Monitor market trends to refine pricing strategies and remain competitive in the industry.
  • Consolidate, track, and report on the performance of 70+ Comfort Advisors, recognizing achievements and identifying areas for growth.
  • Collaborate with Division Marketing Managers to enhance brand awareness, generate leads, and drive marketing initiatives.

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of experience managing multi-unit or multi-location teams in a consumer services environment.
  • A proven ability to recruit, train, and develop high-performing managers.
  • Strong process-oriented mindset with a passion for continuous improvement.
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with a knack for motivating and influencing teams.
  • High energy, a sense of urgency, and a results-driven approach to achieving goals.
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.
