Job description

The person working on this position will be responsible for sales development and managing a team in the region of Central Poland. Regional Sales Director will be responsible for building and developing relations with existing customers (key accounts) as well as acquiring new customers from commercial sector. Regional Sales Director will be accountable for market analysis, preparing presentations, customized offers and solutions for clients, leading complex negotiation process and attending industry events. The candidate will be responsible for managing of a team of Key Account Managers in the region, motivating, setting goals and coaching.
