What You'll Do:
As a Regional Sales Director, you will oversee 50+ retail locations, driving sales and operational excellence. You'll lead, train, and inspire teams to exceed goals while ensuring top-tier customer service. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
  • Achieving Sales Goals - Meet and exceed assigned sales and KPI targets in your region.
  • Building High-Performing Teams - Recruit, train, and develop a winning sales force.
  • Driving Customer Loyalty - Maintain superior service standards to ensure high retention rates.
  • Maximizing Store Performance - Monitor operations, inventory, and cash management to maintain efficiency.
  • Optimizing Sales Strategies - Identify opportunities for process improvements and execute solutions.
  • Empowering Teams - Provide impactful coaching, ongoing training, and hands-on leadership.
  • Leading Marketing Initiatives - Implement grassroots marketing efforts to drive brand visibility and store traffic.

What We're Looking For:
  • Proven Multi-Unit Leadership - 4+ years of experience managing 50+ locations in Wireless Retail or Quick Service Restaurants.
  • Industry Expertise - 5+ years in wireless retail or QSR leadership with a strong sales focus.
  • People-First Leadership - A passion for coaching, mentoring, and developing high-performing teams.
  • Analytical & Strategic Thinker - Ability to identify trends, solve problems, and execute sales strategies.
