Position Summary:

Aruza Pest Control is seeking a results-driven and highly motivated Region Sales Manager to lead and oversee sales operations across multiple branches within an assigned territory. The Region Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and driving a strong sales culture that embraces our Core Values. This includes, driving sales performance, training and mentoring sales teams, and ensuring consistent execution of company standards and growth strategies. This leadership role plays a key part in scaling our market presence and delivering exceptional customer service within the pest control industry.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team to meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance across branches; identify trends and implement improvement strategies.
  • Conduct in-field coaching on a regular basis and branch visits to support sales execution, skill development, and accountability.
  • Recruit, hire, and onboard new sales representatives aligned with Aruza's culture, Core Values, and performance expectations.
  • Develop and present in person sales meetings that drive engagement and develop our team members.
  • Collaborate with operations, marketing, and branch leadership to align sales goals with service delivery and lead generation efforts.
  • Develop and execute territory-specific sales plans focused on growth, market penetration, and customer retention.
  • Track and report key sales metrics using CRM and reporting tools; provide forecasts and actionable insights.
  • Manage branch and region sales budgets, staffing needs, and resources to maximize profitability.
  • Ensure compliance with Aruza policies, local regulations, and ethical sales practices.
  • Promote Aruza's brand in the community through events, sponsorships, and partnerships.
  • Resolve escalated customer issues and partner with service teams to ensure a high level of satisfaction and retention.
  • Implement and oversee sales contests, incentives, and recognition programs to drive motivation and results.
  • Champion the use of digital tools, mobile apps, and CRM systems to improve team productivity and communication.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, integrity, teamwork, and continuous improvement.



Requirements

Position Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of sales leadership experience, preferably in pest control or home services.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and managing high-performing teams.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to travel regularly within the assigned district.
  • Proficient in CRM systems and Google Workspace.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or equivalent experience.ย 

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as part of routine product handling, equipment movement, or inspections.
  • Field work includes outdoor inspections and site visits that may occur in a variety of weather conditions-including high/low temperatures, rain, or humidity.
  • Ability to use ladders to access elevated inspection points including attics and rooflines.
  • Must be able to tolerate potential exposure to dust, insulation, pests, and low-clearance areas during inspections.
  • Must be able to sit, stand, walk, climb stairs, bend, and lift for extended periods.
  • May be required to perform pest control fieldwork or job-site visits involving walking on uneven terrain, climbing ladders, and navigating crawlspaces or attics.
  • Must possess visual and auditory ability to identify hazards or customer issues on-site.
  • Must be able to drive a company vehicle as part of regular branch operations, field visits, and job site reviews.
