Role Overview

Home From College is looking for a Senior Account Manager to oversee key client relationships and lead large-scale ambassador, creator, and community-driven campaigns. This role combines strategic leadership with operational excellence and requires someone who can confidently guide clients, mentor teams, and drive measurable campaign success. The Senior Account Manager will play a critical role in shaping partnership strategy, scaling ambassador initiatives, and delivering innovative programs that connect brands with Gen Z audiences both digitally and on campus.

Responsibilities

  • Lead strategic client relationships across major accounts

  • Oversee end-to-end execution of integrated creator, ambassador, and community campaigns

  • Develop campaign strategies rooted in Gen Z insights, campus culture, and audience engagement

  • Serve as senior day-to-day contact for clients and stakeholders

  • Guide creator and ambassador program strategy, execution, and optimization

  • Manage campaign budgets, scopes, timelines, and performance tracking

  • Deliver executive-level reporting, strategic recommendations, and campaign insights

  • Mentor and manage Account Managers and Coordinators

  • Help improve operational processes and team workflows

  • Partner with leadership on account growth and new business opportunities

  • Stay ahead of emerging trends across creators, ambassadors, social platforms, and youth culture

Qualifications

  • 5–8+ years of experience in influencer marketing, partnerships, experiential marketing, ambassador/community programs, media, or advertising

  • Extensive experience managing high-level client relationships and integrated campaigns

  • Strong strategic thinking, leadership, and communication skills

  • Proven ability to lead multiple high-priority accounts simultaneously

  • Deep understanding of Gen Z audiences, creators, ambassadors, and community-led marketing

  • Experience managing and mentoring junior team members
