Advanced Powder Products, Inc. (APP) is hiring an Account Services Manager to join our rapidly growing technology company. For over two decades, APP has been developing and manufacturing complex net-shape components using metal injection molding (MIM) and 3D metal printing technologies for the medical, industrial and defense industries. Our proprietary technologies, ProtoMIM® and PrintalloyÒ position APP as the first choice for some of the largest Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEM) in the country. We design, engineer and produce metal components that improve the performance of our clients’ medical devices, hand tools, and sporting goods.

Job Summary:

As an Account Services Manager at APP, you'll be the vital link between our company and our customers, ensuring seamless communication and top-notch customer service from order placement to product delivery. Your role is pivotal in driving customer satisfaction and resolving any issues promptly and accurately.

Job Characteristics:

Job Responsibilities:

  • Respond to and remedy customer inquiries in a friendly, prompt, accurate manner
  • Provide error free entry of purchase orders into ERP
  • Manage and track production orders, contracts, and pricing with customers

  • Identify any supply issues and provide resolution
  • Develop and maintain thorough knowledge of customer needs and requirements and provide timely and accurate solutions 
  • Planning, organizing and communicating production schedule for all manufacturing, engineering, and R&D products based on customer demand and production capacity
  • Develop and maintain thorough knowledge of APP manufacturing processes and constraints to enable accurate forecasts to external and internal customers
  • Advocate for the customer to ensure their needs are satisfied
  • Provide customers with manufacturing, inventory, and planning reports
  • Maintain excellent communication with our clients, sales and operations teams
  • Communicate demand needs and constraints to operations and be an active participant in creating resolution
  • Drive and monitor customer satisfaction
  • ERP / Custom Software implementation and use
  • Bachelor’s Degree in related field or at least 5 years applicable experience
  • Excellent oral, written and phone communication skills.  (i.e. tone, vocabulary, subject knowledge, etc.)
  • Must have good organization and time management skills
  • Must have strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel, Word, ERP systems, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • Strong commitment to customer advocacy and exceptional customer service
  • A detailed oriented, self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to act as a liaison between multiple departments with efficiency
  • Possess diplomatic skills and be a quick, responsive thinker
