Central Scheduler:

About the Job: Schedulers are responsible for answering incoming calls, registering new
patients and scheduling or changing appointments. The successful applicant will
answer a high volume of calls in a fast-paced environment and represent Mid
America Orthopedics in a professional manner.

Role and Responsibilities:

ยท Answers a high volume of calls daily

ยท Accurately registers patients into the scheduling database

ยท Understands physician preferences and schedules accordingly

ยท Reschedules patients when directed by supervisor

ยท Places reminder calls and communicates appointment information to patients

ยท Other duties as assigned
