Patient Scheduling Coordinator

VNA is looking for a Patient Scheduling Coordinator.

Job Summary: The Patient Scheduling Coordinator is responsible for scheduling patient visits, managing clinical visit frequencies, and answering calls from employees, patients, family members, and other members of the community. This position plays an essential role in supporting both our patients and clinical teams by ensuring smooth communication and efficient coordination of services.

Status: Part-Time .8 (32 hours/week)

Shift: Friday - Monday

Education/Experience/Skills/Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Two (2) years experience in a medical office preferred

It is not typical for a new hire to be offered the highest end of the salary range. Pay decisions are based on the unique circumstances of each candidate and position.
