Ironwood Cancer & Research Centers is seeking an experienced New Patient Scheduling Manager for our multi-specialty oncology practice. In this role, youโ€™ll have the opportunity lead a fast-paced department and ensure patients are scheduled promptly, accurately, with compassionโ€”while driving operational excellence.


Key Responsibilities


Operations & Performance

  • Oversee daily scheduling operations, call flow, and referral intake
  • Ensure timely, accurate scheduling and reduced patient wait times
  • Monitor and improve KPIs (access, accuracy, service levels)
  • Analyze data and optimize workflows and staffing

Leadership & Team Development

  • Takes initiative and is a pro-active and assertive leader
  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team
  • Hire, train, and evaluate staff while fostering a positive culture
  • Manage team schedules, attendance, and performance
  • Drive culture of patient service excellence
