Job Summary:

As a Patient Scheduling Coordinator for the Radiology Department at Oneida Health Hospital, you will play a vital role in coordinating and scheduling Radiology and Cardiology procedures. Your responsibilities will include working closely with ordering offices, coordinating surgeries and diagnostic exams, responding to urgent situations, maintaining effective relationships with staff and physicians, and ensuring efficient communication via telephone and email. The ideal candidate will possess a pleasant disposition, excellent multitasking abilities, and a commitment to providing exceptional patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and schedule Radiology and Cardiology procedures as designated by physicians, utilizing computerized scheduling systems.
