Position Overview
The Patient Access Manager will oversee all aspects of patient registration, scheduling, insurance verification, and financial counseling. This role is critical to ensuring a seamless patient experience and optimizing revenue cycle performance. You’ll lead a team of access specialists, implement best practices, and collaborate cross-functionally to drive results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage daily operations of the Patient Access department across multiple service lines
  • Ensure accurate and timely patient registration, insurance verification, and authorization processes
