Job description

Phone Representative

My name is Bill Stevens, and I have a new three month plus Phone Representative opportunity available for a major firm located in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania that could be of interest to you, please review my specification below. The forty-hour work week schedule will be hybrid, 3 days a week onsite in the Bethlehem, PA office. Shifts could vary but will most likely be 9:00 am - 5:30 pm EST Mon-Thurs, and 8:30 am โ€“ 5:00 pm EST on Friday.

This position pays $25.00 per hour on a w-2 hourly basis. ย 

Responsibilities:

Inbound phone representative that will be assisting our clients with answering questions or troubleshooting issues within our new office with our new Client Portal. No specific experience required, but we'd like to target early tenured individuals that have an interest in wealth management, but this is not a requirement.

The interview process will include an initial phone or virtual interview screening.
