Sells services and products by telephone on behalf of clients to achieve client goals and in a manner directed by supervisor or manager.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Sell services and products to achieve client goals; includes utilizing effective sales presentations, maintaining product knowledge, and meeting availability expectations.
  • Create a positive relationship for client in all customer contacts.
  • Contribute to the success of the sales team by maintaining a positive, cooperative attitude and working harmoniously with the team and supervisor.
  • Meet company's expectations regarding attendance and punctuality.
  • Adhere to company's policies as outlined in employee policy manual.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
