$22.50/hour base (~$46K annualized) + uncapped commission| Remote, USA**

Hey there! Looking for a remote sales gig that’s all about growth, great pay, and a solid team? We’re hiring Sales Reps who’ll use HubSpot CRM to work a database of leads, make outbound calls and emails, and help our regional sales teams by setting up quality appointments. Your efforts directly impact our success. No fancy experience in the payroll industry needed. Just bring your drive, and we’ll show you the ropes!

Here’s what we’re looking for:

  • At least 2 years of phone-based B2B outbound sales experience
  • You’re a pro at meeting (and beating!) sales goals
  • Experience in SaaS or HubSpot? Huge plus, but not a must
  • Clear, confident communicator—spoken and written

What you’ll get:

  • Fully remote role
  • $22.50/hour base pay + commissions and bonuses
  • Semi-monthly commission payouts and sweet perks like 401(k) matching (6%!), 15 days PTO, and a global allowance for health benefits
  • Annual International President's Club trip eligibility
  • Hours: Mon-Thu 8am-5pm, Fri 8am-2:30pm - AZ time zone

**All applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Employment is contingent upon the ability to provide documentation verifying identity and authorization to work in the U.S. in compliance with the Immigration Reform and Control Act of 1986, without the need for current or future employer-sponsored work authorization.
Applicants must meet background screening criteria for this position.
