About the Role:
We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Appointment Setter with strong outbound sales experience.
In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to B2B prospects, generating interest, and scheduling in-person meetings for the sales team. You will follow structured scripts while adapting your communication style to maximize conversion rates.
Key Responsibilities:
• Make high-volume outbound calls to prospective B2B clients
• Schedule in-person appointments for the sales team

• Experience using CRM tools to manage leads and activities
• Ability to handle objections and follow structured sales scripts
• Intermediate to advanced English and Spanish communication skills
• Excellent communication and persuasion skills
• High level of resilience, discipline, and goal orientation
