Location: Boca Raton, FL
Pay Rate: $18.00–$20.00 per hour

Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Position Summary
We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Outbound Appointment Setter to join our growing team. In this role, you will proactively contact homeowners to introduce our painting services, build interest, and schedule in-home painting estimate appointments for our sales team.
The ideal candidate enjoys speaking with people, has a confident and professional phone presence, and is comfortable making outbound calls throughout the day. Strong communication skills, organization, and a positive attitude are key to success in this role.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to introduce our painting services.
Build rapport with homeowners and generate interest in scheduling a free painting estimate.
Follow up with leads and previous customer inquiries to maximize appointment opportunities.
Schedule and confirm appointments for the sales team.
Maintain accurate customer information and call activity in the CRM system.
Coordinate appointment schedules and communicate updates with customers and sales representatives.
Respond to customer questions and provide excellent customer service throughout the scheduling process.
Track daily call activity and appointment-setting goals.
Assist with general administrative tasks to support daily office operations.

Qualifications
Previous outbound calling, appointment setting, inside sales, telemarketing, customer service, or call center experience is preferred.
