PHONE SALES REPRESENTATIVE JOB DESCRIPTION
JOB SUMMARY:
As a phone sales representative, you will play a critical role in connecting with current and former patients and guiding them through the process of understanding our men’s sexual health medications and treatments. Your main responsibility will be to educate patients about their options, build rapport, and convert into satisfied patients. You’ll need a caring, professional, and discreet approach to discussing sensitive health issues, while meeting or exceeding sales goals.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Make outbound and receive inbound sales calls to current and former patients regarding men’s sexual health medications and treatments.
  • Listen to patient’s needs and concerns and provide recommended options based on our medications and treatments.
  • Answer questions and address objections with empathy and accuracy.
  • Build rapport and maintain relationships with patients, ensuring a high level of trust and confidentiality with a professional tone throughout the call.
  • Keep accurate and detailed records of calls and sales.
  • Achieve and exceed weekly/monthly sales quotas and other performance targets.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure repeat business and patient satisfaction.
  • Answer inbound calls for request for products from former and current patients.
  • Assist setting clinic appointments as needed by answering inbound calls that potentially overflow from the contact center.
  • Handle objections professionally and provide solutions.
  • Adhere to company policies and guidelines, including script adherence and compliance with regulations.
  • Other related duties as assigned.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably phone sales or related role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Comfort discussing men’s sexual health medications and treatments in a discreet and professional manner.
  • Results-driven with a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales goals.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and phone sales tools is preferred.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Must be self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong closing skills.
