Position Overview

We’re looking for motivated, energetic Appointment Setters to join our growing sales team. Your primary responsibility is to connect with local business owners, introduce Pay Pro’s payment solutions, and schedule qualified appointments for our Outside Sales Representatives.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys talking with people, isn’t afraid of cold outreach, and wants to challenge themselves every day.


Responsibilities

  • Prospect local businesses through cold calling networking, and referrals.
  • Introduce Pay Pro’s payment processing and POS solutions.
  • Qualify business owners and identify opportunities to save them money.
  • Schedule appointments for Outside Sales Representatives.
  • Maintain accurate notes.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective merchants.
  • Meet or exceed weekly appointment goals.
  • Represent Pay Pro professionally and positively at all times.


Qualifications

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Comfortable speaking with business owners.
  • Positive attitude and self-motivated.
