Job description

Our client a Waltham, MA based market research firm is looking for a part time bilingual Spanish temporary Appointment Setter/Business Development Representative as soon as possible for a long term temp engagement the next several months. This would be fully remote opportunity although the client would like the candidates to live within an hour of Boston if possible and would be roughly 20 hours per week.


The ideal candidate will need to be bilingual Spanish and open to working roughly 20 hours/week. One must be self motivated and like working in a fast paced phone based environment. The client is looking for someone with high volume cold and warm calling experience who is comfortable talking to C/VP level executives within a company. Intermediate skills are required with Word and Excel and it would be nice to have some CRM experience, specifically using SalesForce if possible.


The main job functions will include:

  • making 50-60 calls a day to C/VP level executives to help set appointments for the outside sales team.
  • conducting research by asking the C/VP level executive questions to gain market/industry intelligence.
  • interact by email, LinkedIn and virtual means if necessary.
  • helping to identify key decision makers within companies (internet research will be conducted daily).
  • manage database and document all client and research information properly into SalesForce.
  • participant in conference calls when needed.
