What You Will Do

  • Follow and execute our structured call process and scripting with consistency
  • Handle objections confidently and maintain control of the conversation
  • Accurately track all activity and outcomes in CRM (Lead Perfection or similar)
  • Identify high-value opportunities and maximize appointment quality
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure strong appointment conversion
  • Continuously improve performance through coaching and feedback
