Appointment Setter – $45,000/Year – Direct Hire with CarGuys Inc.

CarGuys Inc. is growing fast, and we are hiring a fulltime Appointment Setter to join our internal team. This is a direct hire position with CarGuys Inc., not a placement for one of our clients.

We are looking for someone who enjoys being on the phone, follows a proven process, and can turn warm leads into scheduled demos.


Compensation

$45,000 per year

Position Overview

The Appointment Setter is responsible for making outbound calls, following up with inbound leads, and scheduling demos for our recruiting platform. This role requires strong communication skills, consistent followup, and the ability to stay organized throughout the day.
