Are you a great communicator? As an Outbound Vacation Sales Representative, youโ€™ll connect with guests and members who are excited to travel, offering them exclusive mini-vacation packages. Using our sophisticated contact system, youโ€™ll engage with new guests approximately every 90 seconds all from our onsite call center.

What You'll Do:

  • Promote and sell mini-vacation packages across various resort locations, following company telemarketing guidelines.
  • Share accurate and engaging information about Hilton Grand Vacations resorts, partner accommodations, current promotions, and premium offers.
  • Provide every guest with respectful, courteous, and professional service.

What are we looking for?

  • High school diploma or equivalentย 
  • At least 1 year of sales and customer service experience. Tele-sales experience preferred
  • Proficient in establishing rapport and conveying valueย 
  • Strong typing skills and computer proficiency
  • A warm, outgoing personality and genuine passion for encouraging others toward making vacation ownership a reality
  • Many of our top-performing sales professionals come from a wide range of industries, including finance, investments, real estate, luxury goods, fundraising, entrepreneurship, automotive sales, hospitality, telephone sales, insurance sales, customer service, solar sales, door-to-door, furniture, mattress, and personal services

It would be advantageous in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:ย 

  • A timeshare background is a plus
  • Prior experience in an Inbound or Outbound Sales Call Center environment
