Job description

Inside Sales Associate - Phone Rep
Part-time & Full-time Available
4theweb - Las Vegas, NV
The Job:
Join a growing team of digital marketing professionals and get a window into the digital process. We're looking for motivated sales associates and quality lead generation. This is a commission only position, but not your typical one. Earn a $25 commission for each lead/conversion you generate. The right reps can easily convert one sign-up per hour or every other hour after minimal training. That's $100-200/day on the low end. Once trained and converting prospects, you'll have the option to work remotely... that's right, no commuting and $200/day+ from home. Our top rep is a college student and averages 1.50 conversions an hour and if she was working full time would be earning upwards of $78,000/year.
You'll also benefit from one on one training from our lead sales officer. We are a young company with all the ideals, not a strict corporate entity with overbearing management or quotas.
What you'll be selling:
We're not looking for high pressure sales, and our product isn't difficult to sell. You'll be selling a low priced digital marketing trial. The cost is low, the results are real, and the commission to you is high. It's a WIN-WIN-WIN. We've also got very strong marketing material to assist our reps in converting prospects. Also, if a prospect converts further down the sales funnel... and you called them, you will still be attributed the conversion. Meaning you don't have to convert them ON THE PHONE in order to get your commission. They just have to sign up in the next 90 days.
We have a sophisticated and automated conversion system that will drive conversions for you after you've initiated contact and engaged them. You just need to hit the phones and we'll support the conversion process afterwards.
As an Inside Sales Associate - Phone Rep you will...
  • Research prospects across the US, with a hunter mentality - using rankings, directories, and websites to source new prospects. We'll also feed lists into our automated system when available.
  • Absorb all of our product and sales knowledge, arming yourself with all the intelligence you need to inform and reassure our prospects.
  • Generate leads and convert trial sign-ups through cold calling.

It is essential that you ...
  • Are tenacious with your hunting, lead generation and cold-calling; not becoming disheartened when you don't make immediate progress with a great opportunity
  • Thrive in a fast-paced and evolving work environment

The Opportunity:
  • Job Type: Part Time & Full Time available
  • Compensation: Commission Based
  • Hands on training
  • We are rapidly growing. Motivated candidates will have plenty of advancement opportunities.

Preferred experience:
Cold Calling: 1 year
Next Steps:
Send us your cover letter and resume. We want to know who you are, your interests, background, and why you think you're a good fit for our company. Interviews begin 2/13. Apply below or send an email to jrace@4theweb.com with the subject line "Inside Sales Associate - Phone Rep"
