About the role:
Our clients count on us to make the legal process seamless and efficient from scheduling court reporters and legal videographers to ensuring transcripts are delivered on time and flawlessly accurate. As a Client Scheduling Representative (Corporate Services), you'll be the first point of contactfor attorneys, paralegals, and legal professionals looking to schedule depositions, whether virtual or in-person. You'll become a trusted partner to our clients, expertly gathering important case details, understanding their preferences, and managing every logistical detail to ensure a smooth and professional experience. This role is all about delivering exceptional service, building strong client relationships, and collaborating across teams to make sure nothing falls through the cracks.
What you'll get to do:
  • Respond to all client requests received via email and/or phone queue timely
  • Resolve issues and/or escalate as needed; collaborate with applicable departments and/or colleagues to ensure prompt and accurate resolution
  • Proactively track assignment deadlines, ensuring all tasks are completed on time and any potential delays are communicated promptly to stakeholders
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with and provide support to our trusted partners (reporters, agencies, videographers, interpreters, etc.) and all other outside vendors, as applicable, treating them as valued extensions of our team
  • Communicate any updates or changes to orders promptly and accurately to partners, ensuring alignment and timely execution of services
