Role Overview
The Corporate Medical Sales Trainer drives the development and performance of the sales force within the integrative medical therapies sector. This role bridges conventional and complementary medicine, utilizing technology to equip the sales team with the tools necessary to educate healthcare providers on evidence-based, preventive, and longevity-focused treatment approaches.
Responsibilities
  • Design and implement technology-driven training programs, including e-learning modules, microlearning, and gamified assessments.
  • Deliver hybrid training via virtual platforms, LMS, and in-person sessions covering product applications and consultative selling.
  • Develop certification pathways to validate sales representatives' clinical knowledge and digital tool proficiency.
  • Act as the primary subject matter expert, translating complex clinical concepts into compelling sales narratives.
  • Drive adoption of the sales technology stack, including CRM platforms and AI analytics, to support data-driven selling.
  • Utilize learning analytics and field data to assess effectiveness and design targeted coaching interventions.
  • Ensure all programs strictly adhere to regulatory compliance regarding supplements and medical devices.
  • Collaborate with Product Management, Marketing, and Clinical Affairs to align initiatives with business strategies.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Healthcare, Integrative Medicine, Business, or Instructional Design.
  • 5-7 years of successful medical sales experience in integrative medicine, nutraceuticals, or wellness technologies.
  • 3+ years of dedicated training, coaching, or sales enablement experience.
  • Proven track record of designing technology-enhanced learning programs.
  • Advanced proficiency with digital presentation platforms and virtual session management.
  • Ability to travel for field training and national sales meetings.
Preferred Skills
  • Master's degree (MS, MBA) or formal certification in Functional Medicine/Integrative Health.
  • Expertise in e-learning authoring tools (Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate) and LMS administration.
  • Advanced Salesforce proficiency, including activity tracking and dashboard creation.
  • Operational experience with integrative medicine integration into conventional settings.
  • Strong project management skills using tools such as Asana, Trello, or Monday.com.
