As a key member of our Professional Development team, you'll work closely with educators, school leaders, and district staff to bring NTNโ€™s proven methodologies to life in classrooms.

What Youโ€™ll Do

  • Model best practices through engaging math lesson demonstrations
  • Lead interactive, standards-based training sessions rooted in NTN methodology
  • Coach and mentor teachers to improve classroom instruction and student outcomes
  • Collaborate with school and district leaders to align efforts and meet professional development goals
  • Analyze classroom data and help teachers plan purposeful, standards-aligned instruction
  • Provide actionable feedback and complete regular reports on coaching impact
  • Stay current with trends in mathematics education and contribute to continuous program improvement

What Weโ€™re Looking For

  • Certified educator with at least 5 years of math teaching experience (3+ consecutive years in the classroom)
  • Strong knowledge of Common Core State Standards โ€“ Mathematics (Kโ€“12) and Standards for Mathematical Practice (or your state specific process and content standards)
  • Skilled in mentoring, instructional coaching, and classroom observation
  • Mastery-level content knowledge and the ability to inspire and support educators
  • Effective communicator with excellent verbal and written skills
  • Proficient in planning, feedback, and data analysis
  • Familiarity with NTNโ€™s Key Elements to Mathematics Success curriculum is a plus
