Compensation
Salary Range: $33.15 - $45.88 / hour
The pay range above represents the lowest possible rate for the position and the highest possible rate. Factors that may be used to determine where newly hired employees will be placed in the pay range include the employee specific skills and qualifications, relevant years of experience and comparison to other employees already in this role. Most often, a newly hired employee will be placed below the midpoint of the range. Responsibilities
Clinic Supervisor - One (1) Full-Time Position Available
Under the direction of the Director of Residency Clinics, the Office Supervisor provides direction and daily administrative supervision to the clinic staff. Supports the director with the execution of administrative duties and performs clerical and supervisory duties in support of front office and patient care services in the Resident Clinics. Ensures the proper maintenance and management of the Allscripts EHR.
Qualifications
Required:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Two (2) years previous supervisory experience
  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Knowledge of medical codes (ICD10 and CPT)

Preferred:
  • Associates Degree
  • Bilingual in Spanish
  • Knowledge of and experience with CHDP, State Funded Programs, HMO and Medi-Cal Insurance
  • Knowledge of CQM/CQS/P4P/HCC/MIPS Incentive programs
  • Familiarity with Allscripts EHR
