Job description

Savan is seeking a Quality & Training Manager to support a federal records management program. This role will lead quality assurance and training functions, ensuring compliance with Government standards and continuous improvement across operations. The Quality & Training Manager will oversee a team responsible for audits, process adherence, and workforce training.
The ideal candidate will have experience managing quality control programs, developing training initiatives, and ensuring compliance with federal policies and procedures. This role requires strong leadership, analytical skills, and the ability to drive performance improvements across teams.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead quality assurance and training programs across all task areas
  • Manage a team of quality auditors and trainers
  • Develop, implement, and monitor quality control processes and procedures
  • Ensure compliance with Government regulations, policies, and standards
  • Conduct audits, analyze performance metrics, and recommend improvements
  • Coordinate training programs to enhance workforce performance and consistency
  • Collaborate with operations leadership to address gaps and drive continuous improvement
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in Business, Public Administration, Quality Management, or related field
  • 3+ years of experience managing quality control and/or training programs
  • Experience supporting federal programs and compliance-driven environments
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and leadership skills
  • Ability to develop and enforce quality standards and procedures
  • Six Sigma Black Belt (or ability to obtain within 180 days)

Work Location & Schedule
  • Hybrid scheduleย 
  • On-site presence at Savan Headquarters (Vienna, VA), client site in Washington, DC, and remote work as appropriate.
