Louisville, KY/Clarksville, IN area!

$55K-$120K potential earnings

The Sales Manager in Training will assist and train under our managers to learn all aspects of the job responsibilities.

As a Sales Manager in Training, your career begins with a 12-week training to learn our systems, culture, best practices, vendors and selling techniques. You'll start learning our business while based out of one of our neighborhood showrooms for the next 90-180 days. You will be entrusted to serve as both the face of Furniture Fair to customers and partners and the behind-the-scenes operational expert. You will master the knowledge and skills you need to eventually manage and lead your own team and cultivate new business.
