Job Summary:


The National Sales Trainer (NST) will be responsible for developing and executing a standard sales training program to support the growth of Acute and/or Chronic / IVIG patient referrals and home care business across the KabaFusion footprint. This will be accomplished with cross functional coordination of pharmacy, intake, nursing and operations.


Major Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Responsible for developing and executing standard sales and clinical training programs to ensure growth of the Acute and IG referrals.
  • Provides sales support by providing on-going training and resources for the sales team on new products, navigating sales objections and highlights sales success stories through in-field support or scheduled in-services.
  • The NSTs schedule will include didactic training classes and on-going in-field support for new Specialty Infusion Managers or Clinical Liaisons or any other sales-focused position created.
  • Provides written performance analysis on each new hire during first 90-days in addition to any low performing sales personnel which are referred to NST for training support.
  • Communicates with clinical, reimbursement, operational and management personnel as required supporting all areas as related to execute effective sales development.
  • Responsible to submitting call reports, expense reports, any other assignments etc. within company standard timeframe.
  • Other duties as assigned.


Skills and Abilities:


· Develops and continually improves training programs that will help sales personnel successful and thrive in their respective markets.

· Works collaboratively with cross functional leadership and business partners to educate and create content that continue to differentiate Kabafusion.

· Works with Sales Management to provide performance feedback and training calendar for respective employees.

· Participates in targeting, qualifying, prioritizing, and identifying new program and business opportunities for the company and reports to sales management

· Ability to create training collateral that meets the needs of all learners; visual, written, interaction, role playing.

· Must be proficient in Power Point, WebEx training platforms, Prezi and Share Point.

Education and/or Experience:


· A four-year college degree preferred, preferably in business or healthcare related fields or equivalent work-related experience; ability to sell a service, experience in new business development and with strong customer service focus is required

· A minimum of 5 years of experience in the infusion services, or other related healthcare product/service industries, with a proven track record is preferred

· Clinical degree in nursing or pharmacy preferred

· Knowledge of reimbursement policies is preferred

· Proficient at partner programs (i.e.: MS Outlook/Express, Word & Excel.)
