About this position:

Sales Gravy is seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support our CEO. The ideal candidate is self-sufficient, motivated, and able to ensure the CEO’s day-to-day operations run smoothly, especially during extensive travel. If you're a proactive, organized, and detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, we invite you to apply for this exciting opportunity!

In this position, you will:

  • Manage complex calendars and schedules, coordinating appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for the CEO

  • Act as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders, including clients, partners, and event organizers, ensuring clear and timely communication

  • Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, and reports on behalf of the CEO, maintaining a high level of accuracy and professionalism

  • Assist in the preparation and logistics for all deliverables, including client meetings, travel accommodations, and materials preparation

  • Support special projects, initiatives, and events, including coordinating logistics, preparing materials, and tracking progress as well as collaborating with other employees to ensure the timely and efficient completion of projects and deliverables for the CEO

  • Support COO & CSO in related capacities and operations as needed

  • Additional responsibilities as needed

What you’ll bring:

  • Proven experience as an executive assistant or similar role, preferably supporting C-suite executives in a fast-paced environment.

  • Self-discipline to work independently and effectively in an unstructured environment.

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills

  • Proficient with technology

  • Expert in prioritizing workload and optimizing time for maximum productivity

  • Must be able to work well under pressure at times.

  • A robust work ethic, openness to feedback, and a self-starter
