About the Role

You will manage the entire customer journey from onboarding new accounts and registering learners to driving renewals and uncovering new sales opportunities. Combining your relationship building strengths with a sales driven mindset, you will deliver top notch service and help our clients maximize their return on investment.

What You’ll Do:

  • Nurture & Renew: Manage a large portfolio of team accounts, building strong relationships with decision-makers to ensure high satisfaction and consistent contract renewals.

  • Onboard & Guide: Lead the onboarding process for new accounts, set up client folders, verify initial payments, and enroll learners seamlessly.

  • Engage & Analyze: Conduct monthly and quarterly reviews with clients, monitoring their platform usage and learner engagement through tracking and reporting.

  • Consult & Demonstrate: Guide clients through our learning catalog, design custom learning plans for Team Hubs, and run engaging platform demonstrations for existing and prospective accounts.

  • Expand Sales: Actively prospect and interact with customers via phone, video, email, and chat to cross-sell and expand Sales Gravy’s core services and e-learning offerings in conjunction with the sales and training teams.

  • Support & Collaborate: Partner with our account executives and consultants to move opportunities forward, while providing friendly customer support across chat, email, and phone channels.

What You’ll Bring:

  • Experience: 3+ years of successful account management experience.

  • Sales Savvy: A strong sales or account management background with proven presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.

  • Tech-Minded: Proficiency with CRM software (like HubSpot) and modern communication platforms.

  • Communication Skills: Exceptional oral and written skills—you can converse easily and with poise across phone, video, email, and online chat.

  • Mindset: High self-discipline to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, openness to feedback, and a proactive problem-solving attitude.
