Drive Social Media is one of the fastest-growing advertising technology companies in the country. Born out of necessity to provide the best return on investment for our partners, Drive Social Media has developed a cloud-based advertising management platform to achieve better campaign results and transparency while improving advertising efficiencies to stimulate revenue growth.
Responsibilities:
  • Provide initial sales onboarding and continuous support to help new hires quickly ramp up
  • Conduct effective trainings on prospecting, lead management, and cold calling
  • Coach Business Developers based on data on daily, weekly and monthly KPIs
  • Edit, modify, and create onboarding and training materials as needed, while remaining open to continuous improvement
  • Develop personalized training plans to address individual weaknesses and increase performance from failing Business Developers
  • Track and report to leadership on the effectiveness of new hires and Business Developers in their markets
  • Maintain a productive sales floor, winning culture, and daily structure for Business Developers through accountability, relationship building, and data
  • Collaborate with sales leadership to analyze and refine sales strategy is aligned to bottom line
  • Manage Business Developer's day to day to ensure micro actions lead to macro results
  • Work cross functionally to train Account Management teams on how to upsell current account and provide sales focused customer service

Requirements:
  • Previous successful experience in sales, with a strong emphasis on cold calling - Should not be afraid to hop on the phones and lead by example!!
  • Previous management experience, especially with early career sales talent
  • Exceptional relationship-building skills to motivate teams towards their goals
  • Strong reporting and data analysis skills to quickly assess challenges and wins
  • Excellent project management skills, attention to detail and the ability thinking proactively
  • Ability to handle tough conversations, conduct terminations, and address concerns while maintaining empathy
  • Exceptional discipline and work ethic, with a strong commitment to follow through
  • The ability to work independently while effectively managing time between proactive actions and responsibilities in a dynamic work environment

  • Experience with Salesforce, Orum and other sales enablement tools
