ProSidian Seeks a Trainer Keynote Speaker | Trainer  [R1ESC0020019] for Communications And Knowledge Management Support on a Exempt 1099 Contract: No Overtime Pay Basis Technical Element located CONUS - Texas Across The South Central  Region supporting Region One ESC Purchasing Team.

Seeking Trainer Keynote Speaker candidates with relevant Education, And Academia Sector Experience (functional and technical area expertise also ideal) to support professional services engagement for Education, And Academia Sector Clients such as R1ESC.  This as a Technical Element or Contract W-2 (IRS-1099) Trainer  Functional Area / PWS Section / Swim Lane Professional - Training Position; however, ProSidian reserves the right to convert to a Full-Time ProSidian employed W-2 Position.

JOB OVERVIEW

Provide services and support as a Training (Trainer Keynote Speaker) in the Education, And Academia Industry Sector focussing on Human Capital Solutions for clients such as Region One Education Service Center (R1ESC) | Purchasing Team Generally Located In CONUS - Texas and across the South Central  Region (Of Country/World).  Trainer

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES - Trainer Keynote Speaker | Trainer  [R1ESC0020019]

• Deliver keynote-style training presentations aimed at professional development.
• Equip educators with tools, techniques, and instructional best practices.
• Align sessions with district initiatives or curriculum goals.
• May offer follow-on breakout training or workshops.

Desired Qualifications For Trainer Keynote Speaker | Trainer  [R1ESC0020019] (R1ESC0020019) Candidates:

Extensive background in training, coaching, or adult learning methodologies.

Familiarity with current education standards and teaching frameworks.

Education / Experience Requirements / Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Education, Curriculum Development, or Training; Master's preferred.

Skills Required

Instructional design, public speaking, adult learning, evaluation methods.

Competencies Required

Continuous improvement, content expertise, learner engagement, and clarity.
