Job description

Overview
Corporate Tools in Post Falls, Idaho is looking to add some great talent to our amazing Corporate Training team. You would be of vital importance to the growth of our company. • Manage designated training areas and programs as needed, in the following: new hire onboarding, client experience, product, and professional development.

  • Demonstrated success designing, implementing, and evaluating leadership development programs for front-line managers, mid-level leaders, and/or directors.
  • Experience creating leadership competency frameworks, career-pathing tools, or succession planning strategies.
