Job Descriptionย 

Theย Human Resources Trainerย plays a vital role in delivering a smooth, compliant, and engaging onboarding experience for all new employees. This positionย is responsible forย ensuring candidates are fully prepared for their first day, accurately completing all required documentation, and successfully onboarding new hires into company systems. The roleย facilitatesย onboarding lectures and training sessions,ย maintainingย a welcoming and organized environment that supports learning, engagement, and compliance.ย 

Key Responsibilities:ย ย 

  • Lead all incoming candidates through their first day of training by creating a welcoming environment that prioritizes engagement to conduct an efficient training session.ย 
  • Provide detailed training lectures on company mission, operational protocol, and safety policies.ย 
  • Begin andย finalizeย all incoming candidate onboardingย process which includes the Paylocity packet, andย Fleetioย & Appย user access.ย 

Additional Duties:ย 

  • Monitor driver performance using various indicators such as Key Performance Indicators, Attendance, Map Zoning, andย Dashboard Scores.ย 
  • Maintain road-ready status for all vehicles by monitoring and performing cleaning upkeep and charging upkeep.ย 

General Skills & Qualifications:ย 

  • Expert at creating an engaging learning environment.ย 
  • Excellent organizational management ensuring a strong focus on workflow structure.ย 
  • Strong communicationย skills for effective internal and external collaboration.ย 
  • Be able to quickly learn new applications,ย software, and dashboards.
  • Must have an active driverโ€™s license and be approvedย onย the companyโ€™s insurance.ย ย 
  • Able toย lift upย toย 30ย pounds withoutย assistanceย as needed.ย
