Job Title: HR Associate (Hybrid in Scottsdale, AZ or Dallas, TX)

Department: Human Resources

Reports To: HR Associate Manager

Direct Reports: None

Job Category: Full time Permanent opportunities (Benefits + Unlimited PTO)

Target Salary: $55k - $60k

SUMMARY:

This position contributes to the company’s success by ensuring our consultants are fully prepared for working with Dexian clients.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

•Submit pre-employment screening orders for new-hires, according to client screening requirements - track status of background checks, review non-compliant results with HR

•Review background package for consistency with client background check requirements, add any missing components

•Ensure all client specific paperwork is sent and signed, completed, and properly filed, following up as needed, prior to the individual beginning work

•Coordinate w/ Travel to order the Amex card and assist with travel preferences, as needed

•Coordinate w/ IT and AEs to order the equipment, safety badges, etc., as needed

•Process terminations

Manage Consultant care to ensure all items are completed

•Touch base w/ consultants, several times, during the first month of employment to ensure a seamless onboarding process

•Maintain an open line of communication throughout the duration of the Consultant’s employment to ensure a high level of care

•Perform quarterly data accuracy check to ensure that Consultant data is correct and complete

Generate End Date reports and request that projected end dates be updated when appropriate

•Work with the Account Executive and Recruiter to achieve excellent customer service and Consultant Care

•Provide HR and business policy guidance to consultants and assist w/ the administration of Human Resources policies and procedures

•Coordinate with the Benefits team on consultant benefits issues, enrollment, and leave program administration

•Direct employment-related inquiries, such as employment verification requests and unemployment compensation inquiries and proceedings to the appropriate corporate HR contacts

•Provide employee relations support and ensure that company policies and procedures are followed and administered in a fair and non-discriminatory manner, escalate more complex situations as appropriate

•Oversee facilities management, submit and approve supply orders for designated branch office locations, handle and distribute mail and other files as needed, assist with the coordination of office team building events

•Ensure compliance with client’s safety requirements and update workplace safety program as needed

QUALIFICATIONS:

The ideal candidate should have:

•2+ years’ experience working in Human Resources within a staff augmentation or managed services line of business or equivalent education/degree

•Strong communicator of oral and written work; good presentation skills

•Excellent customer service and communication skills

•Technically proficient in working w/ an ERP system as well as Microsoft Office Suite applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook

•Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
