Due to continuing growth, we are looking for an HR Associate to join our team. The Human Resources Associate will play a key role in supporting daily HR operations, ensuring a smooth employee experience, and helping drive HR programs that reflect our values and commitment to employees. This role is ideal for someone who is eager to learn & grow in the HR field, and is passionate about creating a positive workplace.

 Platform Accounting Group is a rapidly growing professional services firm providing tax, accounting, assurance, IT consulting, and wealth management services to small and medium sized businesses and their owners. We currently have 50+ offices across 15 States with much more growth on the horizon.

What you will do:

  • Support the onboarding process for incoming employees and help them integrate successfully into their new roles.
  • Respond to HR-related inquiries and provide timely support to employees regarding compensation, benefits, company policy & programs, career opportunities, and more.
  • Manage HR systems with precision and efficiency.
  • Maintains accurate and detailed human resource files, records and documentation.
  • Maintains confidentiality and integrity of employee & organizational information.
  • Prepare department reports and HR metrics for internal use
  • Responsible for delivering and administering HR policies, programs, and practices across the organization.
  • Ability to position self as a credible, proactive, and trusted partner through relationship building and delivering results consistently and timely.
  • Collaborate with team members on HR projects and initiatives

  • 1+ year professional experience in Human Resources
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred, Associate's degree required
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and MS Office
