In this role, you'll support key HR functions, partner closely with leaders, and help create a positive employee experience across the organization.

What You'll Do:

  • Assists with planning and coordinating recruitment activities.
  • Assists with job postings and interview scheduling.
  • Assists with sourcing candidates and may participate in interviews.
  • Enters and maintains accurate employee data.
  • Develops employee benefit communications and materials.
  • Participates in planning and executing employee recognition events and appreciation activities.
  • Assists with HR related research, presentations, and process improvement projects.
  • Participates in additional HR projects based on department needs.
  • Maintains confidentiality.

What You Bring:

  • Currently pursuing degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Strong attention to details and organizational skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
