Position Description
Local company is seeking an experienced HR representative with a minimum of three years of recent HR work experience. Responsibilities include maintaining personnel records, recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, and counseling employees. Additionally, the role involves conducting HR training, managing employee exits, and maintaining required documentation. The HR representative will also monitor HR requirements in government contracts and prepare necessary reports to ensure compliance throughout the company.
