The American Heart Association has an excellent opportunity for a Human Resource Associate in our Dallas, TX, National Center office!
This is a three (3) month temporary position with the possibilty of extension. This position will work in a hybrid setting (in-office 1-3 days a week, as needed) in our Dallas office.

Responsibilities
This individual is responsible will be responsbile for:
  • Entering and auditing data in Workday
  • Auditing and collecting I-9's
  • Updating content in SharePoint
  • Gathering required documentation and completing unemployment claims
  • Filing and other administrative tasks
  • Additional projects as assigned

Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Requires zdero (0) - two (2) years of experience. Minimum one (1) year of experience in a Human Resources support position preferred.
  • Knowledge of standard Human Resources practices, office procedures, and recordkeeping
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and exceptional customer service skills
  • Ability to interact with all levels of the organization/staff in a professional manner
  • Excellent MS Office skills (Word, Excel & Outlook)

Here are some of the preferred skills we are looking for:
  • Bachelor's Degree and/or HR Certification
  • Previous experience with Workday, SharePoint
