THE ROLE

We are looking for an HR Trainee to join our team and support the development and implementation of the HRforYOU ticketing system across the EMEA region. This role is designed as a learning opportunity within an international and growing HR environment to gain hands-on experience in HR digitalization and international project management. As part of your learning journey, you will:

  • Support the collection of local HR requirements from different countries
  • Participate in project meetings and collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Contribute to system setup, testing, and continuous improvement
  • Support the standardization of HR processes across the region
  • Assist in defining and monitoring SLAs (Service Level Agreements)
  • Work closely with HR stakeholders and Centers of Expertise across multiple countries

THE PROFILE

  • Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Master's degree in HR or similar will be highly valued
  • Strong interest in HR systems and digital transformation
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • Fluent in English, and Italian or French is a plus.

Conditions:

  • Full-time internship (Monday to Friday, 08:00-17:00, including 1 hour lunch break)
  • Flexible start and end times
  • Hybrid working model available
  • Compensation: 850 gross/month (full-time), including lunch allowance
