Our business philosophy revolves around three key principles: exceptional products, efficient operations, and a dedicated team. These elements are essential to our continued growth and success, driving our commitment to sustainability and enabling us to meet our ambitious goals through a range of strategic initiatives.
We are currently seeking an HR Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will work closely with the Human Resources Manager and contribute to the overall success of the HR department.
Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate interviews, HR meetings, onboarding activities, and department calendars to ensure a seamless and organized experience. Serve as a primary point of contact for employee and candidate questions, providing timely support and guidance.
  • Support new hires through the onboarding process by assisting with I-9 documentation, first-day logistics, and orientation, helping create a welcoming and professional introduction to the organization.
  • Maintain HR records, update HRIS data, assist with compliance documentation, and provide administrative support to ensure efficient day-to-day HR operations.
  • Act as a key representative of the HR team, delivering a positive experience for employees and candidates while embodying the organization's culture, values, and commitment to service.


Qualifications:

  • Minimum 6 months of relevant administrative or human resources experience
  • High school diploma
  • Associate’s and/or Bachelor’s Degree (preferred)
  • Strong organization and attention to detail
  • Excellent communications skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
  • Experience in Microsoft Office Suite
