Job description

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Chief of Human Resources to join our leadership team in the St. Louis area. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in the nursing home industry, with expertise in employee relations, compliance, talent development, and workforce planning. This individual will be a strategic partner to the executive team, driving HR initiatives that support organizational growth, regulatory excellence, and a culture of care.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee all HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, benefits, and compliance
  • Partner with leadership to design and implement strategic HR initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and industry regulations specific to long-term care
  • Develop retention and engagement strategies tailored to the nursing home workforce
  • Provide coaching and guidance to managers and staff at all levels
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field (Master’s preferred)
