Financial Paraplanner / Associate Financial Planner who is ready to help an already thriving company. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS- 1+ years of Financial Services Industry experience in a fast-paced professional environment
- 1+ years of successful Financial Planning experience
- College Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or related field of study
- Financial Services Software experience (Orion, eMoney, MoneyGuidePro, Holistiplan, etc.)
- CRM Software experience (Redtail, Wealthbox, Salesforce, etc.)
- MS Office Products experience (Outlook, Excel, Power Point, Word, etc.)
- Video Meeting Application experience (MS Teams, Zoom, Go-To-Meeting, etc.)
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS- Current FINRA Securities Licensing is preferred
- Current PA Life, Accident & Health License is preferred
- SIE (Securities Industry Essentials) Certification is a preferred
- Current CFP Designation or CFP in-process is preferred

Financial Paraplanner / Associate Financial Planner you will:
- Attend prospect and client meetings as an active participant
- Prepare materials for prospect meetings, new client meetings, and client review meetings
- Conduct tutorials of client portal, initial input and data confirmation with the client
- Update Financial Planning and Firm software systems to reflect the most current and accurate client information
- Ensure inquiries and concerns are addressed and resolved, achieving expected client service levels
- Complete account paperwork, account openings, and money movement
- Through client-centric service, establish a level of trust and confidence with clients, allowing for any financial issue to be discussed and solutions offered
- Develop effective working relationships with the financial advisory team, company staff and vendors, ultimately resulting in effective, high-quality service for clients

- Working knowledge of financial planning concepts and procedures

COMPENSATION- $70,000 - $90,000 Annually (Base + Bonuses/Incentives)
*Based Upon Experience, Licensing and/or Certifications* - Monday - Friday Work Schedule + Generous PTO Policy + Paid Holidays
