HR/Human Resources position for commercial construction company in Boston This is a permanent, full-time position with a great salary and benefits. Responsibilities: Review current policies and procedures, and look for areas of improvement Work on benefits enrollments Support field and office management Conflict resolution with employees Review workers comp claims and payroll questions and issues Assist with hiring and termination Requirements: 3 to 15 years of HR experience working for a commercial construction company Stable work-history Local Familiar with MA Labor Laws.
