Job description

Description
We are seeking an experienced Human Resources professional to join our team! Come and join our CARE culture and be part of a team that values the lives of our residents and community.
Perform human resources (HR) functions to include active and rapid recruiting of employees, new hire orientation, maintaining employees' timesheets and payroll, maintenance of employee files and support all other employee lifecycle events. Human resources will carry out HR initiatives and systems as directed by the Corporate Office. Provide counseling to employees and supervisors on facility policies and procedures.
Requirements
Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for facility recruitment: arranging interviews, coordinating hiring efforts, and onboarding all new employees.
  • Maintains all personnel records, assists with vacation and sick leave accruals.
  • Act as the facility point of contact for payroll related items.
  • Answer incoming phone calls and greet visitors in the front office.
  • Responsible for accounts payable items and communicating with corporate office.
  • Maintain a sufficient inventory of various supplies and order new equipment as needed.
  • May perform scheduling functions.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • Previous office experience preferred
  • Previous HR experience preferred
  • Previous nursing home experience preferred
