HUMAN RESOURCES COORDINATOR POSITION SUMMARY:
The Human Resources Coordinator is responsible for providing support to all company personnel and works closely with the Human Resources Business Partner. This includes administration of all human resources activities in compliance with company policy, standards of performance, and legal requirements. The Human Resources Coordinator must lead by example, adhering to all policies and procedures contained in the manuals issued by VitalCore Health Strategies, and collaborate with other recruitment and HR team members. The Human Resources department assists with a dynamic range of functions, from employee relations, onboarding, administrative tasks, benefits management, communicating and supporting change management, maintaining accurate HR data entry, ensuring compiance with employment labor law and OSHA standards, and company policies.
HUMAN RESOURCES COORDINATOR PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:
  • Bachelor's degree and 2 years of work-related experience or 4 years equivalent work-related experience preferred.
  • Basic knowledge of employee leave, labor law, and administrative processes.
  • Experience working with ADP or comparable HRIS software preferred.
  • Excellent proficiency with Microsoft Office, Excel, and other software.
HUMAN RESOURCES COORDINATOR SCHEDULE:
  • Full-Time, Salary, Monday - Friday
