Are you looking to advance your fitness career to the next level? AFC Fitness in Feasterville is seeking a Personal Trainer or a Master Personal Trainer! AFC Fitness is a clean, fun, professional and inspiring atmosphere that will provide you with the opportunity to work with a team of like-minded individuals and a great group of members.
** We are seeking any talented and motivated Personal Trainers. For those qualified and interested, the Master Trainer position is a full time position with leadership responsibilities. There are also opportunities to join the team as a general Personal Trainer, either on a full time or part time basis. Day time availability is required. **
Job Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to):
Individual Responsibilities (applies to both Personal Trainer and Master Trainer):
• Motivate your clients to accomplish their fitness goals!
• Capture new member leads, schedule appointments, and follow up with sales results.
• Maintain excellent communication across departments, optimizing personal training revenue growth.
• Create new personal training business sales daily, weekly, monthly.
• Responsible for assisting the GM to drive the department to hit goals.
• Play a key role in closeout and help GM facilitate a plan for closeout goal.
• Must be willing to obtain full knowledge and competency in the Club Automation (CA) suite and be able to assist members/staff when they have questions. They should have knowledge of all departments and know the safety protocols of the facility.
Leadership & Team Building Responsibilities (applies only to Master Trainer):
• Contribute to the education of the PT Team (workshops, one on ones, articles) This will be discussed and approved by the GM. (1-3 hours are expected per month).
• Play a key role in onboarding new trainers and must have proficient knowledge in the onboarding process (NMA/Re-eval) and the Functional Movement Screen. The trainer needs to be able to teach this to new trainers/fitness staff.
• Responsible for generating social media content from within the PT Department. A minimum number of posts per month (as determined by the GM) and must also help other team members generate social media content.
Applicant should be enthusiastic, intelligent and knowledgeable about the fitness industry.
All positions include a competitive hourly rate and personal training commissions.
